Shipping & delivery policies
When any user places their order, it will take up to 3 business days for processing & shipping from the warehouse. So, we have different warehouses all across the locations to fulfill our customer requirements. We ensure the product will be shipped faster, within 10 to 12 business days.
All our delivered units will be packed or created in the steel cage. We pack the product in such a way that we can avoid any damage during transportation. Our trucking partners will pick up and deliver your product to your door. The shipping partners who have dealt with us over the years are reputed companies and have offered trusted services.
Note:
Please inspect the package to check for any damage before signing the receipt. If you notice any damage, kindly share the receipt form and a picture of the damages, if possible. The customer is responsible for reporting any damages & issues that might have occurred during transit.
Warranty
The warranty applies to all the brands we carry and all the products we sell. All the products carry a warranty covering the motor & battery for 12 months from the date of purchase. The warranties we won’t cover-
Brakes, electric start, chain, tires, seat, handlebar, or any defect due to negligence or misuse.
As a buyer, you should be aware of these items that must be regularly checked, lubricated, and maintained. Check these parts to see whether they are any technical issues or not. If the damages occurred due to misuse, the warranty will not cover it.
Points to be noted for shipping products-
- The normal dispatch time is within 3 to 5 working days, but we will ensure the product is dispatched as soon as possible from the warehouse.
- The tracking details of every shipment will be sent to the buyer through their mail id.
- When the products are shipped from different warehouse locations, there may be some dissimilarities in the packaging.
- Delivery time will differ based on the given address provided by you. The estimated delivery time is between 2-10 working days. The expected delivery time will be shown in the tracking details.
- Our companies ship the products through the best courier companies, but there may be some delay by the courier partner in a situation that is not under control. The order cancellation won’t be accepted due to any delay.
- We do quality checks for the products and packaging before it is dispatched. If the package is tampered with, don’t accept the product. You must immediately inform us about this and hand the product to the delivery person.
- Please make sure you record the video while unboxing any parcel. It is necessary to report transit damage or missing/faulty products.
Notes to consider for Return Shipping
- The product has to be shipped by the customer within 48 hours of the requested return order by the user.
- Ensure the product is packed safely and handover to the reputed courier for shipping.
- If in transit damage in return shipping, the product won’t be accepted under the return policy. The same will be shipped back to you at an additional cost.
- If, for some reason, you cannot ship the product back to us, our company will raise the return shipping for you offered by shipping partners services to your area. The price for the same will be informed to you while raising the request, as it will depend on the product size.
- The return shipping of the packaged product must be done safely by the customers, and transit-damaged products won’t be accepted as a return. The same will be shipped back to you at an additional cost.
- If the product is returned after the customer’s refusal, then the customer must pay for the return shipping to deliver the product.
- When you return the order, send the tracking details to us through the mail. You can call our executives to get complete information.
Shipping details change
Changes in shipping details after the order is shipped, like address change, intercepts, and call pick-up requests, are not always possible. It could be possible in certain circumstances. Requests for changing an address may be subjected to a certain fee for packaging if accepted. Our company has all the rights to deny your requests to change information at any time.
Cancellation of order
The orders can’t be modified & canceled once they have been placed, as they are immediately put into our automated fulfillment system. Once every item has been shipped and received, contact our executive’s customer care service team to get help canceling your product.
Refusing to accept the packages-
If you select to refuse the package, we may deduct the fee incurred from the refusal. These fees would be deducted from any refund owed, so that the item is received & processed will be refunded the total price subtracted by the refusal/return to sender amount. This applies to the international & domestic order. We strongly recommend contacting the customer service team if you have an issue or setting up the return authorization where you can use our UPS shipping label for a minimum cost.
Sales tax is charged on instant orders if required by the law.
Payment method-
The orders are accepted via secure online order only. Most of the major credit cards are accepted. The credit card purchases are verified for protection. We also support PayPal.
Backordered Items
If the item is back-ordered, the company will notify you via email shipment schedules more than 30 days after the order date. The company will notify the users via email & give you the cancellation options. The new orders will be filled before the new orders once back ordered items become available.
